Security Hardening Complete

We have completed a comprehensive security hardening of the VTT platform covering the blockchain node, web application, bridge contracts, and infrastructure.

Key improvements include:

• Slashing enforcement for double-signing (5%) and downtime (0.1%)
• Bridge pause mechanism and 2-day admin timelock
• Governance proposal timelock (24 hours)
• WASM VM resource limits (512KB contracts, 16MB memory)
• Per-IP rate limiting on RPC endpoints
• KYC data encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM)
• Peer banning and connection limits
• RocksDB pruning for sustainable storage growth
